Refunds are contingent upon the following conditions:

• The refund request is submitted within 30 days of service delivery.
• The issue arises due to Onic Technologies failing to meet the agreed-upon service specifications.
• The client has provided all necessary cooperation and information required for service delivery.

Certain services, such as initial consultation fees and customized solutions, may be non-refundable. This will be communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of such services.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Clients may request service cancellations by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled service delivery date. A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the nature and timing of the request.

Onic Technologies reserves the right to cancel services in unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues, force majeure events, or the client's failure to fulfill obligations. In such cases, clients will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued if applicable.

For clients with ongoing service contracts, either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, as per the terms outlined in the contract. Termination may incur fees, and any prepaid services beyond the termination date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
